Client Responsibilities

Submit required documents on time
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Review reports and notify us of any errors promptly

Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may impact service delivery.

Pricing & Payments

All pricing is listed in AUD and excludes GST unless stated otherwise
Services are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise
Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions
We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we aim to provide accurate and timely services:

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes
Tax savings and financial results may vary
Decisions based on our advice remain your responsibility

Third-Party Software

Our services integrate with third-party platforms such as:

Xero
MYOB
QuickBooks
Stripe

We are not responsible for:

Downtime or errors in third-party systems
Data issues caused by external platforms

Confidentiality

We will keep your information confidential and only use it to deliver our services, unless required by law.

Data & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

However, we cannot guarantee complete security of data transmitted online.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Finova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months

Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.

We may suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are overdue
Terms are breached
